Primary purpose: The Platform is built around request routing. Most information you provide is used to match you with independent providers.

When you submit a service request, we share the information you provide (such as your contact details, location, and job description) with independent third-party contractors so they can evaluate, contact you, and provide quotes or scheduling options.

Contractors are independent third parties and their use of your information may be governed by their own policies. We recommend you review any terms or privacy notices a contractor provides.

We may share information with vendors that help operate the Platform (for example, hosting, analytics, communication tools, and security providers). These providers are typically limited to using information to perform services for us.
